Shipping & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's our policy regarding shipping and returns:
Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days after order has been confirmed. Shipping days are Monday thru Saturday for domestic orders and weekdays for international orders, depending upon the manufacturer. We ship primarily via DHL and USPS. Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO, FPO: Shipping for these regions is via USPS standard or Priority mail.
Ohio: Due to legislative ruling, we are unable to ship to this state at this time.
Expedited delivery within the US: If you require expedited delivery that is not included in the online options, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Canadian Orders: Unfortunately we are no longer allowed to ship into Canada. Once the laws change, we will resume.
All Other International Orders: We will ship your package via DHL. These packages vary in transit time that can range from 6 to 12 business days. International delivery times vary due to customs. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, or traditional fees charges by the destination country. You will be contacted by the proper agency to pay those additional fees in order to receive your package.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's what do if your're not: We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase price within 30 days, no questions asked! Please email email@example.com to request our return address. Once returned, a full refund excluding the shipping charge will be processed
